Team

• Oversee implementation of corporate plans and strategies based on the company business philosophy, mission, vision and core values;
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
• Direct and coordinate all business activities and operations to ensure that various organs of Plaza operate harmoniously and in conformity with the overall operational plans and performance targets;
• Ensure standards and statutory compliance and manage existing and emerging Plaza’s business risks;
• Oversee corporate planning, budgeting and effective implementation of policy decisions at both strategic and operational levels;

Sales Planning –

• To overview the performance of Sales Heads of the organization in terms of Sales target and collection targets.
• Provides guidance for workers as needed and approves training opportunities
• Finalizes company policies.
• Delegates duties among senior staff members
• Maintains budgets for managed entity as well as the individual projects it takes on
• Monitors costs against budget along with CFO
• Makes key decisions for managed entity.

Manufacturing Planning –

• Overviews management of all areas of manufacturing so that approved products are manufactured on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives.
• Decision making regarding the material and machinery used in the manufacturing process.

Qualification and Experience –

• Graduate with 08 years of phenomenal experience in Electrical & solar Industry.
