Job Profile:
Business Strategy Planning -
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the Organization. Identifies core competencies and defines operational goals.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Oversee implementation of corporate plans and strategies based on the company business philosophy, mission, vision and core values;
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners and authorities.
- Creates initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximizes core strengths.
- Ensure standards and statutory compliance and manage existing and emerging Plaza’s business risks;
- Direct and coordinate all business activities and operations to ensure that various organs of Plaza operate harmoniously and in conformity with the overall operational plans and performance targets;
- Oversee corporate planning, budgeting and effective implementation of policy decisions at both strategic and operational levels;
Financial Planning –
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures..
- Finalizing the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
- To keep track of the financial status through forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
- Provide prudent financial management and investment undertakings by ensuring that sound policies and practices are adopted for optimal utilization and returns.
- Financial Responsibility: a) Oversee the implementation of the corporate budget,b) Approve budgets,c) Approve major expenditures) Approves Procurement plan, e)
- Approved investment resources
Sales Planning –
- To overview the performance of Sales Heads of the organization in terms of Sales target and collection targets.
- Conduct timely meetings with the Sales Head in connection with Sales target and collection targets.
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of senior staff providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
- Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Provides guidance for workers as needed and approves training opportunities
- Finalizes company policies.
- Delegates duties among senior staff members
- Maintains budgets for managed entity as well as the individual projects it takes on
- Monitors costs against budget along with CFO.
- Makes key decisions for managed entity.
Manufacturing Planning –
- Overviews management of all areas of manufacturing so that approved products are manufactured on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives.
- Decision making regarding the material and machinery used in the manufacturing process.
- Formulates and recommends manufacturing policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation. Identifies, recommends and implements changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and scrap, monitor scrap and rework data. Directs the establishment, implementation and maintenance of production standards.
Qualification and Experience –
- Graduate with 25 years of phenomenal experience in Electrical Industry.
